Lack of empathy

Hello. It has been a while. What world is this we live in. I have been working on regulating my emotions when I see the ongoing evil treatment human being do to each other. How leaders of countries find a way to justify evil acts against others. How the evil acts of the holocaust to the Jewish people are now being done to the Palestinians, mostly children, while the world looks on and the US provide the bombs to a genocide. How the collective traumas of one people can then repeat to another people. Repeated patterns of learned behavior or generational traumas left subconscious can lead to more patterns of abuse and mistreatment of others. When do we learn from the past? When do we as leaders of counties with the power become emotionally intelligent and use kindness to others to solve problems? When will humans evolve into a species I feel proud of? Let’s come together, pause for a moment, and ask what are we doing? Victims of abuse need love and to be heard and cared for so they don’t repeat the patterns onto others.
