Hi! My name is Kristin Hammoud, but call me Kris. I am originally from Canton, Ma. and have moved around the United States and ended up in Northville, Michigan, with my husband, three children, and a Covid dog Milo. I practice as a psychiatric clinical nurse practitioner and I have been so fortunate to have clients come to me in the depths of pain and allow themselves to be vulnerable and open up their life stories to me. I have seen hundreds of clients, each with a unique life journey, culminating in my understanding of people’s ability to adapt and find resilience in the lived experience. My clients at veterans affairs, community mental health, and private practice have been my teacher and working as a team to help them heal and empower them to manage their lives with meaning and intent. I became impassioned to share this knowledge and impart therapeutic insights in a more creative way to reach those who suffer in silence and who want an escape into Anna’s journey of evolution in, What Is Wrong With Me?

Please feel free to contact me with questions, thoughts, and insights of your own, as I would be honored to hear from you. We all need to be heard and we are all important, esp. you. Follow me on Facebook or Linked-In as I blog more therapeutic insights and quotes that one can hopefully find useful. Stay well and take care of you.
